Leanne O’Connor is the Director of the Natural Selection Group, an organisation which specialises in socially responsible digital and technology recruitment and contract management.

Since first hearing about the Jodi Lee Foundation in 2016, Leanne and the Natural Selection Group have supported the Foundation in its initiatives to create awareness about the early detection and prevention of bowel cancer.

Leanne understands the devastation this disease can cause. After a brave battle, Leanne lost her father to bowel cancer in March 2020 at 84 years old. Her husband and sister were also diagnosed with bowel cancer and have been in remission for six years.

Natural Selection Group and Leanne’s family Foundation have donated over $75,000 to the Jodi Lee Foundation to date. 

“I do not want anyone needlessly to suffer the way my family has, so I am very passionate about my role on the Jodi Lee Foundation’s National Advisory Board, and the work they do to encourage those with symptoms or family history to take the test”.
