Antoinette’s family and friends rallied for bowel cancer prevention on the weekend.

You may recognise Antoinette from our Inspiring Stories page or read her story in the media. She’s very keen to raise awareness about bowel cancer, particularly in young people and is a fantastic supporter of our events and campaigns.

Antoinette was diagnosed with stage IV bowel cancer last year and has since become an advocate for bowel cancer prevention. Read her story here.

More than 35 of her friends and family on the Gold Coast rallied together at their school’s Family Fun Day on the weekend to raise funds and awareness for the disease.

Wearing #iknowsome1 t-shirts in support of Antoinette they raised over $600 which will go towards our prevention initiatives … a fantastic effort. Thanks a million guys!
